Chibok Girls: Boko Haram were looking for a machine and Couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw 300 girls—Oyebode

Aisha Mohammed Oyebode, co-founder of BringBackOurGirls Movement, has shared details about the day Boko Haram abducted the Chibok Schoolgirls

In a video recently shared on YouTube by TVC, Oyebode stated that the terrorists initially went to the school area in search of block-making machine but were stunned to find the schoolgirls in their hostels. She said they debated whether to burn the girls alive or just kill them, however, they ultimately decided to take the girls to their leader, the late Abubakar Shekau for further instructions. She said the terrorists seized food, forced the girls onto their trucks, and headed towards Sambisa forest

In Oyebode’s words: “Boko Haram were looking for a block-making machine and could not believe their eyes when they saw 300 girls. They panicked and the first thing was should we burn them alive or just kill them and one of them just said let us take them to Shekau, he will know what to do with them. So they moved all the food, requested more vehicles and packed all of the girls in these trucks and started going to Sambisa forest”
