A marine engineer has said on X that many men do not have anything to offer besides money.
He made this assertion while reacting to a tweet telling Nigerian men that once they travel abroad, they could go up to a year without intercourse.
The marine engineer replied, “Truth is,as much as we say Nigerian women love money, a lot of our men lack game. They’re so poor that the only thing they have is money. When they meet women abroad who can match them financially & demand substance, they struggle to cope.
Topic for another day.”
A woman agreed with him, saying, “I always say one thing.
“If you’re a Nigerian woman that has money, before you find a correct man, you will actually suffer.
“Because many of them believe money is all they need.
“So when they come with that money and you’re not impressed because you want other things like communication, quality time, affection, empathy, they say you’re too rigid, too stubborn and you have wahala, when you’re just asking for basic things that have nothing to do with money.”
Replying to the lady’s tweet, the engineer wrote, “Said this a lot but they’ve refused to listen. They make it seem like I’m doing ‘pick me’.”
