Kenneth Okonkwo Reacts After Asari Dokubo Said His Father, Edi Abali Is An Igbo Man

Lawyer and one of the chieftains of the Labour Party, LP, Kenneth Okonkwo has reacted after Asari Dokubo said his father, Edi Abali is an Igbo man.

In a video that Kenneth Okonkwo shared on his official X handle on Sunday, Asari Dokubo said some of their ancestral fathers are Igbo men.

Asari Dokubo said;

“Some of our ancestral fathers are Igbo men, including my own father, Edi Abali in whom I occupy his stool”.

However, Kenneth Okonkwo has now reacted to the statement that was made by Dokubo. In the post that he shared on his page, he said if he acknowledges that he is Igbo, why will the Igbos not accept their own. Okonkwo said he has always believed that more than half of the entire Niger Delta are Igbos.

Okonkwo wrote on his page;

“Even the prodigal son was accepted back by his Father. If he acknowledges that he is Igbo, why will the Igbos not accept their own. I have always believed that more than half of the entire Niger Delta are Igbos”.
