RCB, who had lost to CSK in the opening match of the season, bounced back with an impressive win in their second game against Punjab Kings on home soil and opened their account in the points table.
Star batsman Virat Kohli led his team to victory by playing a match-winning inning of 77 runs. Dinesh Karthik’s quick-fire unbeaten inning of 28 runs off 10 balls sealed the game for the Bengaluru-based franchise.
