Britain’s foreign minister David Cameron on Sunday dismissed early results from Russia indicating that Russian President Vladimir Putin had been comfortably re-elected.

“This is not what free and fair elections look like,” he posted on Twitter, formerly X, noting that voting had been held illegally on occupied Ukrainian territory and there had been a lack of choice for voters.
