However, Paul denied these accusations and defended himself. He stated that he was ready to take full responsibility and support the baby if there was proof that he was the father. He also requested that the case be kept private until a final decision was made. Later on, Daniela sued Paul for paternity, and the test confirmed that Paul was indeed the father of the baby.

Paul then filed for primary custody of their daughter, Olivia, stating that Daniela was unemployed. However, his attempt was unsuccessful. Eventually, the couple agreed on joint custody and reached a financial settlement. Olivia George was born on May 1, 2014.
