Louis Odumegwu Ojukwu, a successful Igbo business man, sent his most brilliant son, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu to the University of Oxford to study law.

At that time in Nigeria, Medicine and Law were the most valued discipline.

But, Ojukwu had his own plans.

Which resulted to the first conflict between the father and the son.

Ojukwu went ahead to study History and war histories.

It was from studying history that he became aware of things he was formerly ignorant about.

This fueled his zeal towards getting independence for the Igbos after the mass mas.sacre of both Igbo military men and civilians in the North and West.

Safe for the hunger strike, Ojukwu would had succeeded in his quest for an Independent Biafra.
