As the lifeline of transportation and industry in Nigeria, petrol faces turbulent times with fluctuating prices, causing concern among consumers nationwide.
Latest Price of Petrol (Per Litre) – April 12, 2024
According to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), the official pump price of petrol remains at ₦580 per litre. However, this figure doesn’t mirror the reality for many consumers.
Numerous petrol stations are charging ₦650 per litre, attributing the hike to operational expenses and market fluctuations. Some locations witness even steeper prices, reaching a staggering ₦700 per litre.
