JAMB Addresses Issues with 2024 UTME Exam Slip Reprinting Portal

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has shed light on the difficulties candidates are facing in reprinting their examination slips for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Despite the highly anticipated rollout of the exam slip printing facility on April 10th, many candidates have encountered issues accessing and reprinting their slips.

According to JAMB, the root cause of the problem lies in the ongoing technical work being carried out on the exam slip printing portal.

In a post via X (Formerly Twitter) on Wednesday, April 10th, the examination body acknowledged that the service is not yet officially available, urging candidates and parents to exercise patience.

“Technical crew members are still working on the site. The service is not officially available. Kindly be patient to avoid future problems and data mismatch,” JAMB stated in its post.
