Nigerians have flooded the comment section of an Instagram post after a billionaire offered to sell his luxurious mansion, valued at N350 million, for just N5000.

The announcement was made by the renowned Instagram influencer known as Ola of Lagos.

According to Ola of Lagos, the opulent mansion, located in Chevron Lekki, is a contemporary duplex with five bedrooms and is worth N350 million. The owner of the mansion is reportedly willing to sell it for a mere N5000.

Describing the features of the luxurious property in the video, Ola of Lagos mentioned that it boasts an automated door with an alert system, a beautifully lit living room, a spacious and luxurious kitchen that is easy to clean.

A large madam room with a wardrobe, a bathtub in the restroom, a family lounge, a master bedroom for the husband, a working closet connected to the restroom, a bathtub, and an automated water closet.

Additionally, Ola of Lagos highlighted that the mansion includes a chillout terrace with a view of the lake, providing fresh air and a space to observe the surroundings.

From the master bedroom, one can access the backyard to observe the latest happenings, and there is also a pool on the property.
