Galadima Buba, a former chieftain of the APC, has voiced his grievances against former Governor Nasir El-Rufai, accusing him of tarnishing his reputation within the party. He cited El-Rufai’s actions as one of the reasons for his departure from the APC
In a video shared on YouTube by Channels TV, Buba said many party members, including himself, were no longer part of the APC due to individuals like El-Rufai who wanted to dominate the party by disparaging others. He said he previously warned that El-Rufai would face consequences for his actions and it is already happening.
Buba alleged that El-Rufai worked against the re-election of Senator Shehu Sani and Senator Suleiman Hunkuyi because they refused his loan request. He alleged that El-Rufai worked for Uba Sani to be a Senator and lobbied for him to be chairman of the Senate committee on finance so that his loan request would be approved, however, Uba Sani who is now Governor of Kaduna State is fighting El-Rufai.
In Buba’s words: “El-Rufai will pay dearly because God doesn’t wait for us to die, he is seeing instant judgment. I gave the interview before what has started happening to him in Kaduna, he has seen nothing”
