Chioma Uzodinma throws lavish party for mother’s 60th birthday
Last weekend, Chioma Uzodinma, the First Lady of Imo State, rolled out the carpets in celebration of the 60th birthday of her mother, Beauty Ikeaka. The event was graced by members of her family, friends and guests, such as her fellow first ladies, wives of ministers, wives of service chiefs, etc. The day started with a thanksgiving service at Temple of Glory Church, Abuja. The highlight of the church service were stellar performances by gospel artists, Solomon Lange and Mercy Chinwo. A reception party followed thereafter.
Celebrating her mother who she referred to as her friend and mentor, Mrs Uzodinma revealed that she has been a beacon of strength and compassion whose love has been the cornerstone of her family’s journey. She recalled how her mother’s countless sacrifices were made to nurture, support and shape the very fabric of her and her siblings with her boundless love and selflessness.
