APC Anambra State Mega Empowerment Rally powered by Senator Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah Held Today 23 March 2024

The All Progressives Congress (APC), and the senator representing Anambra South, Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah, will today hold a mega rally at Nnewi, Anambra State.

The mega rally will attract the presence of President Bola Tinubu; the National Chairman of the party, Alhaji Abdullahi Ganduje; and Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma.

Ubah and his party APC, are staging the events to sensitize the party members, the people of Anambra South, and the Igbo people.

Others expected at the rally, to be held at the Ifeanyi Ubah International Stadium Nnewi, are Ebonyi State Governor, Francis Nwifuru; Senators, and House of Representatives members among others.

Ubah and the APC earlier on Friday, held a colloquium at the Anaedo Hall, Nnewi.

The colloquium was chaired by the National Chairman of the APC, Senator Hope Uzodinma.

The colloquium lecture, entitled: ‘De -Marginalization of the Southeast and Intégration to National Politics, ‘ was delivered by the Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Prof Charles Esimone.

Esimone, made it clear that Igbo were being marginalized in the politics of Nigeria, adding that Igboman could achieve what Barack Obama did in the United States of America if given the chance.

He said Igbo should realign in the country to get to the promised land.

He stated further that the Igbo should integrate themselves into national politics by joining the major and credible political party at the national level to end the marginalization.

Esimone commended Uzodinma and Ubah on their efforts towards tackling insecurity in the zone.
